Initial estimate interview was 3 hours late with no explanation. Empty boxes were left behind after installation. In between those incidents, the customer service and installation was first rate and honest.

My garage doors are quite old and have worked well until the spring broke and the cables unspooled. Although the complete repair price was more than I expected, the garage door tech was efficient, knowledgable, and explained everything to me. He also explained the various repair package prices (spring, pulley/cables, and rollers) that were available. I am satisfied with the work and it's worth the cost to have peace of mind knowing my door is now safe and functioning properly.

They are honest! That is the most important thing I can say. They will not misdiagnose your problem and will not charge you for anything you don't' need. They won't even try to sell you. If they make a recommendation of something you may need, they are quick to tell you that it is certainly not a sales pitch
