Love these guys. I was having a big problem switching my Comcast email to Yahoo. Tried to have the locals at Hospital Tech do it. They failed, twice. Then I called Click One. They were fast, efficient, polite. And did it over the phone, no house call required. Two thumbs up.

Jai helped me set up my laptop and two displays. He solved the problem and was very patient as I plugged things in. Good, clear communication and attitude.

The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and patient with me, as I am not at all computer savvy. My only concern was frequently did not appear to be listening to my questions, while I was asking them and spoke over me. I did need to ask them to stop speaking and allow me to finish my comments and/or questions. They were extremely patient and polite
