Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Working with this company has been a nightmare. Nelson claims to only hire licensed, bonded and insured subs, but actually he hires unlicensed subs to do the work. He stopped answering my emails, wasn?t checking on the subs, the quality of the work was terrible, and he wasn?t following the plan. The work that the subs did wasn?t being checked by anyone, he wasn?t ordering supplies when needed, and when asked to come and resolve problems he was too busy going to the gym and doing his errands. He tried to illegally charge us a 25% fee on all supplies and labor that wasn?t included or disclosed in the contract. His father made a huge mistake on a large order of materials and it resulted in a loss of over $14,000. His father doesn?t have a license because he lost it after numerous complaints. Look up,T & L Stone and see for yourself. I am having to sue him now and he refuses to man up and own his mistakes. He lies and blames the mistakes on others. He is totally unaccountable.
