We have hired One Contruction several times. We do property management and Evandro is always professional, knowledgeable, responds quickly and is good at business. The team is great, excellent workers, quality work, efficient and great clean up. We have referred them to several friends and neighbors. All have been very happy with One Construction. Everything went fine I hired them a few years for a reroof no problem with the job well done but now a few years one are of the roof has mold on it I called to inquire aboutthe warrenty well guess what your right they never returned my call got my money then forgot about us guess they donà ¢à  à  t have the courtesy to call back donà ¢à  à  t bother and we will go away

One Construction Roofing just finished a tear-off and shingle roof replacement for us. (April 2023) The sales/project manager, Evandro, was very dedicated to making sure the job was done right and would exceed our expectations. The entire operation was timely and very well done. Evandro stopped at the site daily and constantly was in touch by phone call and text as to what to expect and when while the project was underway. The laborers were respectful, and every day they left the premises very clean. They were challenged by the one-year-old gutter system already in place, but skillfully worked above it without any damage to the gutters. I had several quotes, and One Construction Roofing pricing is fair and competitive. Very professional workmanship! I highly recommend my neighbors consider One Construction Roofing should they need a roof. My daughter lives off Savona, and she had One Construction & Roofing do a metal roof on her home last year. She too was impressed by their work ethics, communication, skill, and cleanup. Another comment: Evandro even came back days after the project was complete to personally scrub the stain off our driveway that accidentally leaked from a company vehicle. It was my daughter experience and ours that this company can be counted on for a very professionally skilled job, completed on time, and willing to stand behind their work.

I am a recent widow and was reluctant to take on the task of roof replacement. Eduardo was the person I dealt with throughout my project. I can't say enough positive things about him and this company. I am considering an extension on my house. This company is the one I will call for the job.

It was only 2 weeks between my first call to schedule an estimate, and the finished roof. They did a great job, and left everything very clean.

Called for A repair, and although they were extremely busy due to excessive rains, they made time to come and repair a leak. They are real pros and we highly recommend them.

I hired this company a year ago for a roof repair. I paid 800 in cash. A year later and my roof is leaking in the same exact spot. I had two other roofing companies come by before reaching out to One Construction for help. Both of the other companies advised me to call One Construction and have them stand by their warranty. I spoke to the owner through text and without even looking at the leak, he said it had nothing to do with his companys work. I would strongly advise not to use this company. These are very poor business practices. Thanks, Mauricio! Never again. I had the roof repaired by another company and had to pay out another $800 to repair the roof in the same spot.

Professional and easy to work with. Cost effective.

Mauricio was easy to reach and he came out within a few hours of my call on a Sunday to look over the roofing to give me an estimate which he did the next day, Monday, at which time he left us samples of asphalt shingles from which we could choose. We had to get HOA approval which took a few days. Once we had the approval, we signed the commitment agreement and Mauricio had his crew over in a couple of days (Friday) to start the demo which was completed that day. Inspector approval was done on following Tuesday and Mauricio had his crew out again on Friday to install the new roof. Done in one day. The crew completely cleaned up on both days of their work. It looked like no construction had happened, the yard was clean. The roof is beautiful and passed inspection easily. We're very pleased at the work Mauricio accomplished and have recommended him to folks in our community, Oleander Pines, where he has already done many roofs via word of mouth. Can't get much better than that.

this job was a reroof. The owner was hands on to make sure that their were no delays since most places were not functioning as normal due to coronavirus restrictions. The crew cleaned up each day before leaving to insure no trash was left in the yard.The job was done with no delay, the owner Mauricio stopped by each day.The final clean up was very through with rolling magnets to make sure no nails were left . I highly recommend this company. The roof looks Great! I got 3 other quotes they were the most resonable with all that was included.

We needed to replace our roof and got 4 quotes. We are very happy we chose One Construction and Roofing. When I called for a quote, Mauricio was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He gave us a reasonable quote and was able to do our roof timely. His team showed up on time and were efficient. When they were done for the day, they cleaned up after themselves. We also plan on using Mauricio to work on our unfinished detached garage. I highly recommend this company.

I decided to replace a shingles roof with a metal roof and I called One Construction Roofing Contractors. They provide a free estimate of the job. Once I decided to go through with the job, I call One Construction and spoke with Mr. Mauricio. He provided me with the terms and schedule of payment and provide we with his time estimate to have the job completed. Everything was clock work after that. Mr. Mauricio ensured that the job was started and completed on time. All of this was done without even seeing who Mr. Mauricio was. I have personally not seen the job, but I received comments from the City of Port St. Lucie Inspector that the Mr. Mauricio did an excellent job and Mr. Mauricio was very professional, efficient with excellent service delivery and with the roof inspection certificate promptly delivered. After receiving several quotes on replacing our roof, I decided to hire One Construction & Roofing and am glad that I did. From the first time Mauricio came out to give the estimate he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The job was completed in a timely manner and they even did some extras that weren't included at no extra charge. His crew was professional and friendly. I was very impressed that at the end of each day the crew cleaned up all around the house. The job was finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mauricio and his crew!!

Good clean work and timely.

Fantastic work for a fantastic price. Not only I love my new roof, several of neighbors also commented on how awesome my new roof looks and how quickly it was completed. I'm picky when it comes to my home, but after meeting with Mauricio I felt confident my roof was going to be completed quickly with great workmanship. I read several reviews from other companies, all in which had nightmares that no one needs to deal with when shelling out their hard earned money. With that in mind and a much better estimate from One Construction it was a no brainer to choose One Construction & Roofing Contractors to replace my roof. I can't thank these guys enough for what a fantastic job they did.

I interviewed a few companies and we decided to go with One Construction & Roofing contractors for our new roof, their price was great for what they offer, you get what you pay for. We met the day I called them and next day Mauricio showed up with the estimated. We signed and 2 days later they started the job and within 1 week the job was done (including all the city inspections). The crew was very respectful, they cleaned the jobsite everyday and Mauricio was available all the time for any of my questions. I would definitely recommend One Construction & Roofing contractors to family and friends.
