We had a project in November 2023 to remove around 40 pine trees. Given a past experience where a different tree service company had left our lawn in disarray after cutting 20 pine trees five years ago, I was apprehensive about potential damage to the lawn this time. Upon consulting with Armado, he assured me that his team would prioritize the safety and cleanliness of our lawn. Encouraged by his commitment, I decided to give them the project. To my satisfaction, Armado and his crew demonstrated excellent care for the lawn. They meticulously hand-cut the pine tree trunks into small pieces and manually transported them to their haul-away truck. The entire job took two days, and at the end of each day, the crew diligently cleaned up the debris in the yard, leaving it in impeccable condition. What stood out was their organizational skills, with all tools neatly arranged. This level of professionalism surpassed my previous experience with the tree service company I had hired before. Notably, each crew member seemed content and well-treated, as observed by my wife. This positive atmosphere undoubtedly contributed to the overall efficiency and quality of their work. Armando responded promptly and was very professional and honest is his assessment of what needed to be done. The estimate he gave was reasonable compared to the other estimates we were given. We had Robert Connelly give us a quote for what seemed a reasonable amount and much like others we got at $5,100.00. They were able to start sooner than the other companies, so they came in October 2020 to remove 2 large/2 medium trees. The total quickly rose to $6,000.00 which we paid in full after confirming with Mr. Connelly that all work was done without incident to our neighbors fences, our house, and our property. He responded all was 100 percent perfect, took our money, and ran. We later inspected the yard to find we were lied to. One-cut dropped a branch on our deck making a hole, broke two pickets on neighbors fence with ropes, put back our opened fence crappy, and left a huge branch in our chimney cap that is now warped out of shape and dented. We were shocked and saddened to have both Mr. Connelly the salesman and Armando the owner to not even mention the trouble they had before they left. It has been two weeks since the work and we have repaired our deck and neighbors fence at our cost because it needed to get done and One cut has done nothing but stall and evade. They have taken no responsibility for the damage. We are left with a $2,000.00 chimney repair and no one returns our calls and Mr. Connelly and Armando do not come when they promise. My review is that they are sloppy, money-hungry, unskilled, and you need to be home when work is done as they will run when they can. My lesson is never to trust even the nicest of people or pay in full.

We had two trees to be removed after a bad storm. This company was recommended to us by a trusted friend. They came within 15 minutes of our call, gave us a fair estimate, and started to work within the hour. They had a very professional team who worked really hard and efficiently. Finished the job in the same day and thoroughly cleaned-up everything. Would highly recommend to anyone.
