The project was TOP NOTCH from the time we contacted them, through the whole process! They are courteous and explained everything in detail. Great value for the price.

This service was cheaper than another I had quoted and seemed to be worth the money. Not perfect reglazing but overall it still feels like new on the inside of our 1890 Clawfoot tub.

I paid for a tub reglazing. The rust spot that was the whole purpose of the reglaze is back, and the caulk job they did is so bad I will have to re-caulk it myself. So basically I paid money to do the work myself. I called a couple of times to complain and they said they would get back to me about a touch-up. It is been weeks and no return call.

I decided to splurge and hire a more expensive company to redo my bathtub. I gave them access to my home while I was out of town to do the work as it was the only date they had available. They called to collect payment when completed but I missed the call, and I figured I would call in the morning to take care of payment after seeing the work. I arrived to find a total hack job. They had an issue with the compressor that exploded all over the freshly painted walls, ceiling, all over the tile (good luck cleaning epoxy off of tile), and a brand new vanity I had installed. They did not complete the faucet installation as they had said they would (and charged me for). There were runs in the shower and they did not adequately prep the space, i.e. they painted over existing paint that was not removed. To top it all off, they left my house completely unlocked over night. I raised my concerns with the team and they said they would get back to me. I sent them pictures and they said they would talk to management and let me know what could be done. After discovering more issues and tallying up the $1k + in damage they caused in my home, they called back and said they would like to come and repair the issues. At this point, I don't trust them in my house given they left it unlocked nor do I trust the quality of the work given they were ready to charge me over the phone while leaving my bathroom a complete disaster. I told them I'd like to just call it even and get a refund so I could take care of the other damage caused. They said they would talk to management and let me know. Three weeks pass and I don't hear anything, so I assume they are just keeping my deposit and giving me a refund on the remaining $750 balance. I then get a call threatening me that they are sending my account to collections unless I give them payment over the phone immediately. They never responded outside of threatening to take me to collections. Horrible experience. One of the splurges I made in my renovation project and it was a total bust. Buy one of the $100 kits at home depot and you will do a better job than these guys.

I had a crack in the floor of our Acrylic Shower Stall. One Day Bath was the only contractor that took my request for an estimate. They responded quickly and gave me a reasonable estimate and scheduled a repair date that was acceptable. The repair person explained the repair process and performed the work in a very professional manner. It hard to see where the crack had occurred. I have placed their business card in my file should I ever need such help in the future. Thank you One Day Bath.

Very happy with the total experience right from meeting with the Salesman Michael to the installation. We were on a tight schedule due to my wife having knee surgery and they came through with our tub to shower conversion in less than 3 weeks. On the first day Rick and Jack came over and started the demolition and the install. They were very respective of my home laying down cardboard and drop cloths to keep my flooring clean. The second Day Rick who is a perfectionist completed the install and cleaned up.The conversion came out beautiful and I am extremely pleased with the work that both technicians did and would highly recommend One Day Bath.

I just took a shower in my (re-)new bathtub. The non-slip bottom works very well. I am very happy with the job One Day Baths did.

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience with One Day Baths. We had originally called them to have a shower unit installed. They suggested a much more affordable option...to cut our existing tub down and make it a shower. The process only took 4 hours from start to finish. The young man that did the work was pleasant, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the work that he did and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend this company and the tub cut as an alternative to tearing apart your bathroom to install a shower!

The anti skid grains that were sprinkled on the the bottom of the tub are sharp and inconsistent. They had to come back for warranty works and it took about six weeks. Do not even plan on calling back for warranty work.

Do not let this happen to you. They said it would be a 2-day job. It turned into 7 days over two months, and they still did not get it right. The re-glaze chipped two days after curing, they installed a new shower door and roughly cut the header leaving it dented and not a clean cut. They installed using brown silicone on white tiles! Lied and said it would dry clear. Installed two different grab bars in the wrong finish, smeared caulk on walls. They had to mask bathroom twice to fix their problems and this cause paint to be pulled off walls and door. They re-glazed the countertop and it is full of particles. Almost looks like they sprinkled sand on it and the glazed. I have to hire someone else to fix their problems. Sad!

The whole process was easy from start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would-when the said they would do it, and our new bathtub looks great! I would definitely recommend One Day Baths, Inc.

They were friendly and I feel did a great job. They were cheaper by almost $300.00 from another company I received a quote from.

2 other companies gave me a higher quote and were a month out on doing the Job .One Day Baths had it done in few days and for a better price. Well Done

they were polite, courteous, did the job one, two, three, answered all questions, did an awesome job taking out a walk in bathtub and replacing in with shower/tub combo. they also totally cleaned up anything that needed it after the job was complete. Thank You Nick.

Raymond was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. His workmanship was outstanding. Reglazing my tub and kitchen sink made them look brand new. I have already recommended their service to my counter top installer.

I was really happy with my decision to go with One Day Baths. Pablo took pride in his work...he regrouted my steam shower and looks amazing.
