Josh was very thorough and punctual. He was only coming to provide an estimate, but was willing to rearrange his evening in order to accommodate my need for the service to be done ASAP! The cost was reasonable for the services provided. He was extremely professional and provided exceptional service! My neighbor saw his work and plans to hire him as well! Great experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

One Floridian Pressure Washing, LLC is an outstanding company. Joshua Schoenfeld has done several projects for me now and each one was very well done and at a reasonable cost. Joshua takes great pride in his work and it is a pleasure to work with him in organizing time to visit, form of payment and things like that.

He came out and gave me an estimate and came the next day and did the work. He did a great job . I will be hiring him from now on and have recommended him to my neighbors . One of my neighbors commented on how good my house looks and said he will hire him if he needs pressure washing done.

Josh was prompt (early in fact), professional (reviewed everything with us in advance), and did a BEAUTIFUL job with our lanai area. We are still only here 2-3 times a year, so we will most likely hire Josh again before we arrive to get certain jobs done ahead of schedule!

Powerwashing
Josh is an honest fellow who does good work, and is customer oriented. His price was fair and his work was conscientious. He pressure washed my soffit on a two story house. I plan to have him do all my pressure washing in the future. I don't throw compliments around lightly, but when I do pay a compliment it is honest, and definitely my own. Recommended without reservation. Many thanks.
