One Foundation Concrete, LLC

It has been less than a year and the concrete has started to crumble. I attempted to tell them about my concerns during the project but the contractor was telling me that the look of the concrete was normal. I was later informed that the poor quality of concrete is the reason for the white marks and crumbing.

The One Foundation Concrete crew has been fantastic to work with from initial quote to post final product. Ricky took a very consultative approach and was detailed in his explanation of the process, provided me solutions that I didn't even consider (like an underground drain), and the project bid was in line with other vendors. I appreciated that I was able to book my service out a few months to a time frame that worked best for my budget and the weather. I would have assumed I would need to call and remind the team of our project start date when it got closer, but Ricky beat me to it. Once the project got kicked off, you could see the craftmanship that the whole crew possesses; I have recommended this team to anyone that asks. The most telling characteristic of this business is that post project, I have still received amazing and kind support on a few hairline cracks that appeared (at no fault of the team) and have never been made to feel like a burden. I cannot recommend this team any more highly. Ricky and his team are true professionals and you should definitely hire them for your next demo / concrete project.

This is my second work experience with One Foundation Concrete, LLC and Ricky MoiMoi, owner. Over a year ago, the crew repaired a badly spalled concrete shell front entry step system, painted and sealed the beautifully repaired the spalled steps. The crew just returned and resealed the steps for me to continue protecting the repaired step system from Seattle winter rains and freezes, giving me a longer term future with these concrete steps. Great work!

Ricky and his crew were so professional, prompt and accommodating. He was always responsive, great at communication and proposing great solutions to our project challenges. He took on our larger residential project and executed on what we wanted to achieve and had great suggestions to surpass our expectations on the final product (removal/replacement of front stairs, walkway, sloped double garage driveway and install new parking pad). My job started on time, and finished within what was communicated and within budget. Would absolutely recommend One Foundation Concrete.

We used One Foundation Concrete to put in about 25 concrete steps and a patio (about 10 yards of concrete in total). Ricky and David were great to work with. They started on time and completed the job in about a week. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to a friend.

Ricky is professional, and prompt. Bid review was a clear, smooth process. You can t always find contractors who will do smaller jobs. Ricky will handle small or large jobs, residential and commercial. My job started when scheduled, and was completed as estimated (weather dependent with concrete). Ricky s crew members were capable and professional. They executed the concrete stair case spalling repair very neatly. Job site was continually kept neat and safe. Extremely satisfied with One Foundation Concrete, LLC. Very confident that they will perform as promised and customer will be as satisfied as I am with their work.

They were able to start right away and completed the work on time. The price was very good, and the work they did was professional. They were also the only one to mention the need to add extra reinforcing for the railings that were being installed.

I hired One Foundation Concrete in 2019 to remove an old asphalt driveway (80'x11') and replace it with an exposed aggregate cement driveway. I found the owner, Ricky, to be very easy to work with; he understood the several issues with this particular project (making sure there wasn't a huge drop from the porch steps to the driveway, seeing that the surrounding rocks and plants were not coated with cement, etc.) and came up with options to mitigate any problems. Ricky was very fair in setting a cost for the project which turned out to be very affordable. The crew was also very easy to work with. They were hard workers who went out of their way to be sure that I was satisfied with the work. Overall I think the project went very well and I would not hesitate to hire Ricky and his crew again.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Patrick is creative and worked within my budget to come up with spectacular results. Excellent, affordable work. The workers were awesome. They have great attention to detail and added nice finishing touches. They showed up on time and cleaned up after. They even cleaned up my previous mess. The project turned out WAY better than I expected. I am so happy with this company I can't say enough good things about them. I give them my highest recommendation.

Not only did this contractor do an excellent job on the basics of preparing and pouring the sidewalk, they also came up with some very creative solutions to a difficult project given the age of the property. They were also affordable. I appreciate the hard work they put in on this project and definitely appreciated the respect they showed for my wife and I as older adults. Huge project, completed perfectly! Will hire again and highly recommend!

We had a small concrete project our condo's back deck needed the stairs fixed, a flat pad leading up to the deck and a small retaining wall put up, as well as the front steps repaired. Ricky and Charles came up with some creative ideas that worked, including a drainage pipe to keep the water from gathering. Communication was a little dicey, but mostly quick responses. The work is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Fair prices and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We had a large patio that had been poorly painted. We couldn't even get anyone out to talk to us. Ricky returned our call, came the next evening, got us a proposal, and did beautiful work the following week. One night they had to work late due to weather problems, and had to come up with creative solutions due to other weather issues. The new patio looks great, can't wait to have them back next year for help with other areas!

I had several different projects and repairs that needed to be done and Ricky and crew were able to complete all of the jobs. When asked for a quick estimate and turn on the project they were right there for me and spent a full Saturday taking care of my needs before the rains came. Good people, good work and I highly recommend this company.
