We called them to come out and look at our two mini-splits. One mini-split was sending water down the wall (the baseboard is ruined) and the other was not working at all. We set up an appointment for the next day (Saturday) between 9 am and noon. At 12:30 we called to see when the tech would arrive. They had not recorded our appointment and would not make accommodations for us - the earliest they would come to our home was Tuesday. Since we had no AC in the rooms where the mini-splits are located, we told them not to come and called someone else who arrived first thing Monday morning. We do not recommend One Hour AC - in our opinion they are not dependable.
