Write a ReviewUse Caution: The only thing the technician they sent was qualified to do is sell you a product or service. He first tried to sell me a new &12k unit plus $4k duct cleaning. When I declined, next was a $6k evaporator coil replacement and the $4k duct cleaning. When I refused, he next peddled $2k evaporator coil cleaning and $4k duct cleaning. He continued trying to sell me a lower priced solution to the problems he found with the HVAC system. His last attempt was to sell me an annual service contract for $240 and he was successful. However, the lies he told to accomplish this were extremely deceitful. He produced pictures showing the system low on freon (4lbs) and his leak detector reading 99% leak detected. He would be graciosos and put 2lbs of freon in the system if I purchased the maintenance contract. He stated that my system would only work for a week before the freon leaked back out. (1 Week Later) Concerned called a different HVAC company to service my system (Tropic Aire). The technician checked the system from the compressor to the atic. The only thing he suggested was to have the outside compressor enclosue debris cleaned out. No leaks, freon at 100%, and no problems with the ductwork. Do not believe their people, they will miss lead you and destroy your HVAC system.
This company will rip you off in your own home and then act like its your fault. Horrible customer service, horrible HVAC knowledge, and horrible attention to detail. I have no issue with someone saying they dont know something but, i do have a problem with someone who just cannot ever be wrong. I was told my ac wasnt working properly because i dodnt understand the system. After the system was shown to them working the way I stated , i was told, its not supposed to work like that. Still waiting on a manager to call after 2weeks. Glad I have common sense to call another ac company. THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF US DAVID GRAY!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They did not return calls , did not show or call for scheduled appointments. Air conditioner that they put in was only 7 years old and had to be replaced never even registered my unit . They sent service guys out for scheduled maintenance and did not even do it. And they were very expensive.
They called me fast, got me booked fast, and fixed it fast. The guys coming to help were knowledgeable and helpful
I purchased a new air conditioning unit from this company in 2022. The unit they recommended cost more than other companies but this company provided more warranty and guarantees, so I went with them. When summer hit, the unit started to struggle to keep the house cool. My house started getting into the high 70s and low 80s. The air conditioning was running all day, non-stop. This company came out several times trying to figure out why the unit was not cooling down the house. They confirmed that the unit was working properly and that it was maintained properly but that the unit was too small for this house. Even though they recommended this size unit, now they want to charge me another $13,000 to correct the air conditioning unit they recommended. I have no idea why they think that somebody can just walk around and pay $33,000. We had to finance the $20,000 2 years ago, I'm going to be paying on it for another 3 years. Now they want me to do another $13,000 instead of honoring their 3-degree guarantee that states that if the new unit does not heat or cool a home within 3-degrees of the set thermostat, they will rectify the situation at no additional cost to the customer. I am truly at a loss for what to do. I can't imagine I am the only person that this company has done this too and I'm not giving up. I am going to continue to pursue this 3-degree guarantee because they promised me I wasn't going to have to spend any more money on this unit for at least the first five years because there a Lemon guarantee for the first 3 years, parts and labor were covered for the first 5 years, and parts for 10-years. If you want to see how long this has been going on, also check my review in Google. I posted the first review in Google almost a year ago. I have been going back and forth with this company since then. They seem so nice but they still will not honor their warranties and guarantees. I am lost but not giving up!
Great company and rates
Stay away from this company, A/C unit and house is less than 2 years old and they came out to unclog the drain line, Technician Chris charged me $236 to do so (Very expensive in my opinion) and also â Recommendedâ over $2000 worth of â Preventiveâ Maintenance. NOT NEEDED!!! Take your money somewhere else, save yourself a headache and go with a company where you can get an honest opinion. No Good!
Andrew did a great job, was very informative, and presented me with a quote for the services I wanted and was able to complete them the same day! Very professional great job
They did a good job for us.
Schedule an appointment with them and they never show up
We're disappointed to hear we weren't able to provide you with a positive experience. It is very important to us that our customers are prioritized, we will be contacting management about this situation.
