I call one hour air for my ac blowing warm air. Steven came and went straight to my unit, he told me that he can't even touch my AC unless he fix or change my whole unit. I told him that , I call for issue with cold air not changing my unit. He went on to tell me that he can give me an estimate for my unit. When I told him, I don't need an estimate for my unit now, I just need him to check if I need maintenance/ freeon. He left without checking my unit. SMH, my first " not so good" experience with home advisor.

Mike and Guillermo were outstanding. I could not ask for better service. The were punctual, professional, answered all the annoying questions I asked and managed to get our A/C back on in a reasonable amount of time. Over all an unfortunate event was made better by these two.

A father and son team arrived at 8:30 AM and were done by 12:45 PM. They did good work and accomodated our need to leave for a doctor's appointment by 1:30 PM. This company also accommodated our desire to put the cost on 2 credit cards. They were kind, skillful men. Also the company offered us the $250 rebate form to send to the City of Ocala for this discount on energy efficient units.
