I had a problem with my water heater earlier this year. It was very frustrating, I called Naperville One Hour Heater. Krunal came over and educated me on my options. He also educated me about my home air quality. I never heard about air quality even though I had a quarterly service but never mentioned anything about that. We agreed on a job that fits my needs and budget. His team replaced the water heater and they did great job, it was neat and clean. They cleaned my duct, and placed an amazing filter and a Led to purify my hole air quality. I am very happy with their service and I have a membership with them to make sure our air quality stays the same. Definitely consult with them

I highly recommend these guys. Not only did they do an amazing job, they went above and beyond. They walked in as strangers that never felt like strangers. I felt like I had some friends coming over to put in an air conditioner unit for me. If I could go more than 5 stars I would have… I give them 10 stars. The men were very professional and fair. They tried very hard to fix the AC but the unit was deemed beyond repair. It was leaking coolant somewhere. They said they could give me a very good deal on a new AC with all parts and labor included if and when I choose to replace the AC unit with them. Even though the unit was not fixed because it was frankly beyond repair, I am still satisfied by their dedicated effort, honesty and professionalism. I will most likely buy a new AC from One Hour AC of Naperville in the near future.
