One Hour Heating & Air

Top notch in all areas except value. I was sold an HVAC system for a premium price, but didn't get premium equipment. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until months after the install. They were quick to get started and were friendly and attentive to my needs. No complaints there. However, my furnace has as low of an efficiency rating as I have ever seen. Certainly wasn't sold that and I'm absolutely paying more than that's worth. Very disappointed. Don't know why that installation happened, but I'm a little concerned about the integrity of the sales/service manager that I worked with and hope it's not endemic of the whole company. I dropped the ball in paying close enough attention to what was being installed. Hope no one else lets that happen to them.

My furnace was destroyed by an electrical problem. They came very quickly during Dec. when I was using my gas fireplace for my only heat.

The service was excelent and I would highly recommend them to others. We have a service contract and they come out 2X a year to make sure everything is running correctly. We have 2 furnaces and 1 air conditioner that they service for us. It's great to have good people taking good care of us.

They were booked but put me in a standby list and were out to us before the end of the day. Liked the upfront pricing and the customer service and friendly call center reps.

As promised they were on time. The technician was very knowledgeable, He wore shoe covers and did not track mud into our home.

The tech arrived in less than 1 hour from my initial call. He was professional, found the problem and fixed it.

Very profesional . Everything was done right. Because they sent only one technician, job took longer than promissed, but technician stayed longer and competed task in one day.

On time and very professional .he corrected the problem and explained another for me to consider taking care of me to take care of in the future. Being so late in the summer I wished we would have had the furnace checked at the same time and wished he would have suggested it. I would will probably call them again.

The service technician was very nice. My A/C unit runs great now. But, I have this nagging feeling that a replaced part didn't need to be replaced. But I'm not positive. Just a gut feeling.

Very courteous service technician. They did have to come back to correct an issue but did this in a timely manner. Very satisfied.

They came on time, worked to correct the problem and were very professional. The part that failed was very, very expensive. I Googled the part online and found what they had charged me was inline.
