In spite of the extreme heat with probably tons of calls for service, this company made it to my house to fix my air conditioner as soon as possible.

I always had a good feeling about this company because they had done good fair priced work for me in the past. I accepted their offer to inspect my air conditioner for a flat fee. When the technician arrived he hosed off the inside of the outdoor part of the air conditioner. He told me I needed a new capacitor. I asked how much and could it be bought online. He said it probably could not be bought online. He said the cost of the part would be $300. He installed it in literally 5 minutes. After he left I looked online and I found the exact same part (make, model and manufacturer) for $11!! When I confronted the manager the next day, they admitted that they jacked up the price. I told them to remove the part and he told me to keep the part and that they would not charge me for it. I got off because of due diligence but I wonder how many others are ripped off by this company. I would never use them in the future.

This business does not service electric boilers and they should not have been matched with my needs. But the tech did manage to fix my unit temporarily.

Company did everything promised. Did job within 4 days of contact. Technician did a very professional job, on time. Company helped with submitting rebates. Very satisfactory operation, all around.
