Techs are hit or miss. Miller was great but the tech before him had no idea what he was doing. He told us nothing was wrong when in fact there were significant issues that needed repair. We signed up for the monthly fee but were charged diagnostic fees 2x despite being told that we would not be if there were repairs to be done. We have called 4x to discuss issues and no one has returned our calls. We were told that the team would contact us within 48 hours to discuss repairs that our AC needed and no one has reached out. Calling them to discuss issues gets you a voicemail that no one answers. Awful service, we will be cancelling.

I have been a service club member for 6 years. I had a major leak that required my air handler to be removed and it required a re-installation and freon recharge. I called and scheduled an appointment for this on Wednesday between 4-6pm. I explicitly explained that the air handler had to be re-installed and recharged with freon and that this was not just an ordinary service call. The receptionist understood and promised that the technician would be showing up the 4-6pm window, the technician instead showed up at 7pm only to inform me that he was unable to do the installation because he was a service technician, not an installation technician and that this job should have been given to an installation technician. Understanding this meant I had to go AT LEAST another day in August in South Florida with no air conditioning. CC is the best! He's helped us before and again today. He checked everything twice, explained clearly what our problem was and how to deal with it if it happens again. I would not hesitate to have him come back if we ever have a problem!

One Hour has been servicing our A/C from installation to maintenance. Highly recommend. Professional guys who know how to fix even the toughest problems.

I chose the Company One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Pompano Beach because of the knowledge and experience that Ariano displayed. He understood my problem and came up with a solution that was affordable and suitable. He was professional in all his proposals and wrote up a contract. The very next day Monday Oct. 1st, his workers were here to remove the old AC and install the new. They did the proper wiring, changed the pipes and attachments in my ceiling. They paid attention to detail and even installed a new thermostat. I now have a cool home with a year of maintenance included in the price. I appreciate that Ariano gave me his direct number so that I may call him with any questions. This first class service deserves 5 stars. I would recommend him to all of my friends. Sincerely, FPG
