    They did a great job. They fixed the problem with the A/c when other companies wanted me to buy a new unit, or to spend extra money testing the problem. One Hour knew what was wrong right away and sent somebody that week to fix it.

    We needed a repair on a furnace that provides heat for an addition on our house that is under 800 feet. One Hour heating and air sent someone out who convinced us that the repairs would cost more than reasonable compared to just replacing the furnace. Then they sent a sales person who took several hours and threw us every sleezy hard sales tactic you have ever seen at us. When we finally got down to cost, the quote was 4 times what we had been lead to believe the ball park price range would be, and nearly $20K. They refused to give us a quote in writing or provide details of what we were purchasing, they would only show us in a book, which didnt list model numbers or give us anyway to comparison shop. When we made it clear we werent going to spend that kind of money without getting other quotes, they tried to use their limited appointment availability to pressure us to pay them on the spot. We found another HVAC professional to come out and take a look, and they got the furnace working in under 20 minutes. Said everything was functioning within specifications, but that we should have it cleaned and serviced, which should cost only a couple hundred dollars.

    Our tech was Tisaac - his name was not available to choose from your list. He is an extremely nice, polite and friendly young man. He was very knowledgeable and kept us updated on everything he was doing. I felt comfortable that was being honest and I could trust what he was telling us. Even though he didn’t have the thermostat we needed - he went out of his way to go back to the warehouse and get the one we wanted. He is an asset to your team and I would have him come back to our house if we needed something fixed. I know he is new to Colorado and your team - but he’s a keeper!
