Technician came out to perform Air conditioning yearly inspection. Cleaned both the out door and indoor system components. Took time to explain about other option available for my system. Such as humidifier and dehumidifier capabilities. Also explained what the signs are if I have to little or to much humidity. Very happy with this experience.

The customer service and workmanship was great. The only reason I gave 4.5 stars instead of 5 was because someone was supposed to contact me regarding testing of my heating and cooling system and never did call. It seemed to me, though, that the company has only a few resources in this area and with fall approaching, I'm sure that they are very busy. When I'm ready, I will certainly follow up with them to have the test completed.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
There were a few setbacks with the project, but they were very apologetic and considerate. They charged me for only the quoted price even though they had to come out multiple times to get it completed. There price was very fair compared to other contractors and they found cheaper solutions that got the same end result. Even though the job didn't get done the first time they came out, I would still work with them if I had to do it over again.

Service call was $200. I asked on the phone what the approx price would be...he refused to tell me until he got to the job. Once there and his $200 secured, he told me the start price is $1240 for a new water heater installed. You can buy a pretty nice one for $450 at Lowe's with a better warranty. I was stuck because i wasn't there to do the work. Job was done well, but i feel like i was ripped off with the price of $1450 for a basic 6 yr warranty heater. Would not recommend due to over pricing.

You can certainly purchase water heaters and other items at big box stores. Although, your price above would be missing a few items such as; installation, parts, expertise, tax, permits, delivery and if you want to install yourself, a frustration factor, unless you are a qualified plumber. Unlike other companies we have up front pricing and up front promises and guarantees. I am also sorry that we were not able to help you with your water heater installation, I hope you got everything taken care of. Thank You."
