We called One Hour on Friday and had a brand new furnace installed by Saturday afternoon!! We had been without heat for a few months and with the impending ice storm on the horizon, we need​ed our furnace fixed ASAP. Unfortunately a repair wasn't feasible. Robert was awesome and gave a great recommendation for a new furnace with the same brand and within our budget. Desiree was nice and walked us through the financial piece. Robert and Myles did great removal and installation work. They were very thorough and any concerns we had were addressed right away.
