One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Lees Summit

We had a great experience. Talk to us about all our options. We landed on getting a whole new unit so our leak would stop. The day they came to put the new unit it. They called me before they arrived, kept me updated on everything. Showed me how the thermostat worked. They were here for a total of 7 and half hours.

Will did an excellent and thorough job performing a maintenance check on my heating system. He is an exemplary employee.

We recently had One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Lee’s Summit install a brand-new furnace and heat pump, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ethan and his install crew were fantastic. They were quick, efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The install went smoothly, the job site was kept clean, and everything was explained clearly before they wrapped up. I also want to call out Brett Wilson, the technician who helped us leading up to the install. Brett was extremely professional and thorough. He laid out all of our options, handled the energy programs, rebates, and discounts, and ultimately saved my family a significant amount of money while still delivering a high-quality system that keeps our home comfortable. Great people, great service, and a company I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing HVAC work in the Lee’s Summit area.

Very dissatisfied with this company. We had them out in October to do a full service on our heating and cooling system for a home we just bought. At that time we signed up as members of the Lees Summit location and ended our membership in the Overland Park location that we used for years. After being told everything was working well we found the humidifier was not working when we started the furnace. They came back in December and had to install a new capacitor and water line. Today we found the humidifier was running a river of water out of the box and the furnace would not heat the house. Called the company and they have no idea who we are, and were going to charge a service call. To Members. Or should I say to former members. Anyone know a reliable heating and air company. As an amendment to my earlier post, Jim from the company called and apologized for the call center who took our call, and he sent a technician out the same morning to fix our problem. Very good customer service.

Very professional and efficient!

Will from One Hour Heating and Cooling did an excellent job troubleshooting our AC. It was not blowing cold air and our serviceman Will was able to quickly identify the problem and offer solutions. We called at 5:00pm and he had it fixed by 7:00. We are extremely thankful!

They did a phenomenal job. We even lost power for three hours during their installation and the were still able to get the job completed

I had a horrible experience with another company and had One Hour Heating and Cooling cone in with a second opinion. They took the time to explain everything to me and were very professional .

Came out and gave me a estimate and explained everything. Was ready to install the next day. Did a good job!!

They were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves and were done in a timely manner.

They did a good job. They seem to want to make sure we were taken care of. Good follow up from the techs an the office cs Jimmy(johnny).

The problem was super minor. Fixed it for no charge. Very kind. Very fast. Very on time. Very pleased.

The guys showed up exactly when promised. They were very efficient, neat and courteous.

Replaced condenser and A coil. Fast, easy and fair bid to complete the work. Employees that installed the unit were awesome and respectful. I’ll use these guys for all my future HVAC needs

Billy the sales guy is very thorough in his explanation and truly helped us understand what the differences are between systems and how it would benefit our family. He did not come across as pushy or high pressure which helped us feel more comfortable since this is a big purchase for us. We ended up purchasing the AC as planned but replaced the furnace at the same time. Billy was able to give me more information on my current units than I had when purchasing my home! I liked how tech savvy they are as well. Billy communicated through phone but also in text which is much easier for me to do during the workday. And the owner followed up with an email which I loved. I didn't get to be onsite for the install (my husband was) but it was all done in one day. One tech installed the furnace while the other installed the AC. The only thing I worried about was that they guys pushed through all day without a break and that concerned me about whether the job was rushed. But I have to give them credit- everything looks nice and works great ! I would recommend to all my friends and family.

The technician was thorough and met our needs. The customer service was helpful. We'll definitely contact them again if we have any cooling or heating issues.
