One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

After a sleepless night (too hot) with little AC, I put in a request for AC service with Angi. Within seconds of completing my request, one hour Heating and Air Conditioning reached out. I scheduled service for a few hours later that same day. Cody came out and worked on the system for around two hours to resolve our issue. He stayed long enough to insure the system was working as it should. Upon completion I was expecting a fairly large bill for the service but was delighted to find I could sign up for regular service for a small fee. Everything is working great and we are happy and Cool!

Ehren Torres came out for annual performance maintenance on my HVAC unit. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. I appreciated the time he took to explain the condition of the unit (along with photos) and the things I need to keep an eye on. No upselling. I will use this company again.

Daphne was an incredible One Hour representative. She was timely, thorough, professional & gave amazing service. She was so friendly and informative. She has to be one of the best representatives we have ever worked with.

Daphne was great, she explained everything that she was doing and fully checked out the furnace. She found the problem and fixed it. She explained what she found and how she made the repairs. She quoted pricing before she made the repairs and that was the price. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Jordan and his team are knowledgeable in their craft, they went above and beyond for me to get my unit working again

My 23 year old AC system died in May 2025. I contacted Jordan with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. They arrived within the hour and determined that it was no longer repairable. It was 23 years old and they had been servicing and repairing it for a few years. Jordan helped me select a new ac unit, i wanted new duct work done, UVC unit for germs and the dust thing to keep the dust down. He was able to help with financing and it was approved the next day. While we waited for it to be approve, delivered and installed, Jordan and his team setup temporary AC units inside so my family and I would not suffer the Arizona summer heat. The install team showed up on time and efficiently installed all the new equipment. I am sitting here in my 68° new AC house enjoying this summer inside my cool house. The new AC system is energy efficient and my electric bill went down. I'm very happy that I chose to use Jordan and One Hour Heating &Air Conditioning. Very cost effective and honest.
