Every single person we dealt with from the Customer Service people, the technician, CJ, the estimator, Kevin and the installation crew could not have been nicer and more professional. Not a happy time when you have to replace your heater, but they all made it an outstanding experience. Iâ d highly recommend One Hour to anyone needing HVAC help.

Lack integrity and ownership of their work! Said I needed a new compressor and air handler when what I truly needed was new ductwork. They also tried a bait and switch of the air handler by installing one with a lower seer than the one we agreed on. The system finally started working the way it should after several attempts at patching the ductwork. The end result was installing industrial size ductwork that eliminates access to most of my attic.

Iâ ve been using One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for several years now and have always been happy with their service. Iâ ve never felt like I was being ripped off or pressured, which is so important. They come when they say they will and everyone Iâ ve worked with has been friendly and professional. They even wear booties inside to protect your floors. Everything is expensive now, but I feel like their prices are fair and they really try to fix your system instead of jumping to selling you a new one. One of the few companies I would actually recommend to a friend or neighbor.

Hai L was a good technician, he identified the problem and went to work on it. He was concerned bout me not having heat, so he went to get the part himself otherwise I would have to wait for them to order. One hour heating and air conditioning will be my go to for all my heating and air conditioning needs.
