They were on time and did there work without a problem and finished on time they gave to do the work

Staff kept me updated to the arrival of technician resulting in no sitting around on my part. Technician took his time to listen and answer questions. Provided great maintenance advise and it was clear he was looking out for my best interest while still looking out for the company's best interest. Some of the guide line pricing he needed to follow on some of my what if questions was a little high, but no fault of technician. Overall very pleased with the service to a point I purchased going service for my Furnace and AC.

The salesman who came to the house was so knowledgeable and friendly we signed up with them that day (he was our 3rd quote) and had our new boiler installed three days later. The 3 techs took great care of our home while they worked, left us with a BEAUTIFUL new unit, pipes and duct work and explained everything when they were done, including warranty and contract coverage.

Eric and Alan had a scheduled arrival time of between 10 am - 2 pm on2/8/2017...they arrived early at roughly 9:35 am. It was snowy out, but both of them put on shoe coverings before coming into the house. I was impressed by the thoroughness of their assessment and servicing of our propane furnace. They took their time, and pointed out and/or discussed with me the findings of their inspection of the unit. I was very happy with the work and would gladly contact this company again in the future if/when we need our furnace serviced, repaired or replaced.

Great service, answered all our questions. I thought the charge was quite expensive. They charge $89 just to come out, and it doesn't apply to your bill if they end up doing work, which I think is wrong. Then the charge for what he actually did was $170 for less than an hour of work.

I was very happy that they would come out to fix my gas furnace on the same day. However, it was a 24 hr. window - not 1 hour. I was on "standby" . I called at 8 am and service arrived at 2:45 -without a phone call. Technician was courteous and professional, and, lastly did not scare me!

Wilkins gave me an honest and fair quote and is a local company so I went with them, deciding on a ductless mini-split a/c system. I had an issue with the unit, it stopped working after two days. But they were quick to respond and sent a contractor out the following day and he was able to repair the problem. I am not giving the company 5 stars because the malfunction was caused by the installation and the original installers forgot to cap off a necessary piece. But the company resolved the issue very quickly and to my complete satisfaction so I would definitely use them again. I especially like the fact that they are a local company.
