Drain Line Breakage Camera Locate
I lost my engagement ring and was pretty sure it was flushed. Jordan came out to my house on a Saturday and spent 4 hours looking in my pipes with the camera and even out to the sewar. He was so kind and I could literally feel his empathy towards me. Then, the city happened to find a Ring in their city traps! Wasn't mine but he actually reached out to me to make sure I saw the news that a Ring was found. Based on this experience from him, I will always call one hour rooter!

Sewer Main Clearing
This company nearly blew up the sale of our house. All we needed them to do was come out, clean some tree roots out of our sewer line, and then provide us with a video to prove that it was clean. First, they never rescoped the line and tried to pass off the ?before? video as the ?after? one. They never even sent this video in the first place, and I didn?t get it until reaching out several days later. Then, a week later, I had to reach back out to get a copy of the invoice to provide to our buyer since they never sent that either. On this invoice, they snuck in a recommendation about fixing a ?collapsed? sewer line, despite the fact that the line was not collapsed. When confronted about this, the tech even admitted that the line was not collapsed. This was a shameless attempt to try to scam myself or our buyer into buying a $9800 sewer liner that wasn?t actually needed. Never trust these guys. They are lying, horrible company that lacks any integrity. They will try to rip you off to pad their own wallets. The half star is only because this app wouldn?t let me leave zero.

"Mark, we have attempted to reach you several times. When reviewing the video if you look at 40 foot there is a break in your sewer line as well as most junctions have a large amount of tree roots going through your sewer pipe. We were very responsive to your calls and emails, it looks like one invoice we ended up sending a total of 5 times which shows that it was opened on the receiving end. We understand this news is never fun to hear, especially when in the process of trying to sell the home but it would also be unethical for us to not disclose the actual condition of the sewer line that the buyer asked you to receive."
