    Absolutely the worst company that exists. Total and complete liars. Broke my subzero worse than it was in repair for. Called them based on Home Warranty Company ( Choice) and was told they would fix the ice maker which was the main issue. This was in November 2021. It is now February 2022 and each time they showed up they would and find another issue then retract their statement. Total thieves. Based on their lack of repair and professionalism, my home warranty believes that I need to replace my subzero. This company broke my coolant, ordered the wrong part, and stated coolant was leaking then changed their minds to state it was condensation. DO NOT HIRE THESE THIEVES. They screwed us and now we have to pay out of pocket for repairs of an issue THEY CAUSED. They show up Sunday nights at 6 pm just to stare at the fridge and then neglect to put it back together correctly. Caused damage. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Wish I could give them 0 stars. If you have an appliance you are better off throwing it off a cliff than having this company come and look at it. I am likely bringing them to court for the damages they caused in my home.

    Called Saturday morning as our Subzero refrigerator was leaking. Ferrail came out just a few hours later on a Saturday and quickly repaired the problem. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

    They were professional but very though very expensive. The worker checked my broken refrigerator and said it would cost $1200 for a new compressor. But I had to pay $106 to find bd this out.
