One Pro responded promptly to my call for an oven repair. He showed up at the time he promised. The diagnoses of the problem was thorough and all problems with the oven were resolved quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to call on One Pro Appliance Repair again.

Absolutely the worst company that exists. Total and complete liars. Broke my subzero worse than it was in repair for. Called them based on Home Warranty Company ( Choice) and was told they would fix the ice maker which was the main issue. This was in November 2021. It is now February 2022 and each time they showed up they would and find another issue then retract their statement. Total thieves. Based on their lack of repair and professionalism, my home warranty believes that I need to replace my subzero. This company broke my coolant, ordered the wrong part, and stated coolant was leaking then changed their minds to state it was condensation. DO NOT HIRE THESE THIEVES. They screwed us and now we have to pay out of pocket for repairs of an issue THEY CAUSED. They show up Sunday nights at 6 pm just to stare at the fridge and then neglect to put it back together correctly. Caused damage. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Wish I could give them 0 stars. If you have an appliance you are better off throwing it off a cliff than having this company come and look at it. I am likely bringing them to court for the damages they caused in my home.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Terrible service

Called Saturday morning as our Subzero refrigerator was leaking. Ferrail came out just a few hours later on a Saturday and quickly repaired the problem. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Very good service. Vitelli was very knowledgeable and explained the problem. Was able to get part needed quickly and returned to fix refrigerator.

They were professional but very though very expensive. The worker checked my broken refrigerator and said it would cost $1200 for a new compressor. But I had to pay $106 to find bd this out.

Sincerely appreciated the honesty as to repair cost versus replacing our Refrigerator as the compressor was inoperable. Will definately be using One Pro for all our appliance needs in the future!!

they were here as promise and the technician was friendly and polite the job was done fast but I think it was a little pricey.

The technician was able to reschedule to an earlier appointment. Ferrail was friendly, knowledgeable, and precise. He knew what the problem was right away and was able to take care of it immediately.

i was very pleased with the whole expeoenve working with One Pro! Ferrail was very pleasant, knew exactly what he was doing and fixed my problem ( which i thought was something else and had bought the part). he really saved my refrigerator and me. I will use them again & refer them in a heartbeat! thank you for the awesome service!

Technician had the needed part on his truck, did a fine job and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

Service tech was very knowledgeable. Friendly and took the time to explain what was being down.

Carlos came on time and installed our dishwasher taking care of the electrical and water connections. He made sure everything was done according to code and the unit was properly working before he left. He was cordial and very professional. I will definitely use One Pro again.
