Incompetent, dishonest, unresponsive. Due to One Source's shoddy business practices, my family is spending Easter morning huddled around electric heaters. Three days after One Source "serviced" my two-year old furnace, it stopped working entirely. After repeated calls, One Source finally sent another service tech, Josh, and that's when things really got interesting. Josh first informed me that the previous tech had failed to change the filter, holding up the dirty filter and saying "these f***ing guys." Josh then tried to sell me a duct cleaning for $1,200 dollars, which I declined. I told Josh that while a duct cleaning might be necessary over the long term, it couldn't possibly be the direct cause of my broken furnace. The furnace had worked all winter through those same ducts. I asked him to go back to work, and fix the furnace. Josh then found a motherboard error, and cited a replacement cost of...you guessed it...$1,200. (Apparently everything at One Source costs $1,200 on a S

I was very skeptical since I had to have a new HVAC system installed after being taken advantage of by the last company but Emilio and Chewy did an absolutely WONDERFUL job for me. They were quick efficient and explained things as they went along. It took them only half a day to completely install a new system for me. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. I love the new system and would definitely use this company again especially if they sent out Emilio and Chewy. Thank you!!

This will be the first time I have filed a complaint. They are very much like the fraudulent call centers overseas, but they are here in Colorado Springs. They put more effort into selling you something that you will never see. They portray a company willing to work with you on pricing and walk you through everything they are going to do for the price quoted. Then, when the contract is printed off, it doesnâ t say what was agreed upon. Their supervisors tell you, with an understanding voice, that they will look into it, and they donâ t. In fact, they will dodge your calls until you no longer want to try. It leaves such a sour taste in your mouth because you got swindled here in the states. Any warranty work you purchase only lines their pockets as well. They have never followed through with what was promised in the contract. The common statement is, â Let me look into it and I will get back to you.â Again, you donâ t hear back from them. I would highly recommend you not let them into your home!!!

UPDATE: issue has been resolved. Thank you! Communication is the worst! New install of the a/c in Feb and now can not get the job completed to get the system up and running. This has been extremely frustrating and Now today told they will be out June 22nd. When they were here for our May appt they could not finish the job and said they would be back the next day. No show. No call Have requested to talk to a manager three times. So far, no response. I was told on my call today that Dustin was not available because he was working on a more pressing issue. Hmmm. Paying thousands of dollars for a NEW install that the process was started long before hot weather arrives and still can not get it up and running as of yet.

One Source is the worst company I have ever done business in my life. They have completely ghosted us not once, not twice but 5 times in the middle of a job, without calling. Two of those times we called off work so that somebody would be here when they were scheduled to be here. If that was not bad enough, we paid them for a service to be finished (it is taken them literal weeks) and they promised us they would be out here today to finish the job, and once again they were a no show. Once again, they did not even call. When you call the office to ask to speak to a manager they do not have any numbers, they will not let you speak with anyone. They say We will send them an email to call you back and shocker, no one ever calls back. Save your money and never deal with one source
