"The glass manufacturer had made the glass without the grids as I ordered. I immediately re-ordered the glass and installed it only a few days later, along with another glass unit that the customer added to the job. I apologize for their delay but that is out of my control. Things happen. This is my first review with less than 4-1/2 stars."
