They showed up 3 times and did a great job. They did not have a truck, just shovels. They never showed up again. I paid $700.00. No call, no apology, nothing. Would definitely not recommend them.

Once hired, this did not show up on the day they said they would and never communicated about it. I arranged lawn maintenance 3 weeks ago and after several promises to come do it, they still have not shown up and have not been in contact with me. I do not recommend working with them.

Excellent company to work with. Very courteous work staff. The yard looks great. They clean up after all services. Started with them last Sept for new lawn. Continued in Spring with landscaping. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic. I originally contacted One Step Beyond to install sod in the front yard. They did such a wonderful job, I've had them here all summer long doing other projects on a very overgrown property. removing overgrowth and debris, planting more grass and some privacy shrubs. They really do go a step beyond. Everyone is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I can not thank them enough for all their hard work and attention to detail. I will be using them for many more project

Exceptionally well Max and his assistant provided consistent and non stop work for almost a day and a half. The end result is a front and back yard that exceeded expectations. The Team from One Step Beyond were great to work with for this project. John was great with communicating the project scope and scheduling. They did excellent work to really improve the looks of the beds around our yard. The mulch was good quality. We have received a number of complements of the appearance of our yard. We would hire them again !
