The project manager was not on site except the first day. Made it difficult when issues occurred, especially with a team onsite who does not speak English. Communication steadily deteriorated the longer the project went on. The project timeframe was much longer than projected (1 month +); some issues were uncontrollable (i.e. wait time for materials) but others were within the control (measuring the correct size of vanities, getting paint on my new floor). As I write this review, I am still waiting for the last of the materials to be installed and a scheduled day for the final walkthrough. Overall, the craftsmanship was fine, but the management of the project has been poor and that is what is driving this less than a positive review.

The workers were good guys but there was no final inspection by owner and there were a number of issues that needed to be resolved. The vendor shipped the wrong toilet so had to reorder and they wanted to charge an additional $300 to come back to install it. This was outrageous because the original agreement indicated the installation of new toilet.

These guys were good workers. We were pleased with the finished project. It was a high cost for what we thought it would’ve cost, but we needed the job done quick. I would have hoped their communication was better on the back end. Overall, they did the project and we were happy with the end result.

the fence installation was great, Angel and Fabian worked very hard and completed job in one day. Fence looks great, and very strong. Herson and Irianna were great to work with also.

When I needed a job done, I took a chance on One Stop 360 and I’m glad I did. Chris walked me through the project with various ideas and options. I’ve since called him back for 2 additional jobs. You just can’t beat the workmanship and quality you get with One Stop 360.

Hired them to tear down and replace the fence in my yard. Their estimate was slightly below others I received and they were clearly motivated to earn the job. Work was completed within the agreed timeframe and cost and the team was professional and helpful. Will likely hire again for future projects.
