Still waiting on completion.

Let me first say that any drywall demolition job is messy. My only complaint was the job did cause a lot more dust than I expected, and they could have been better at keeping mess down. That being said, this was a demo of a large wall between two rooms in the living room, so was hard to isolate the mess. In addition, they demo'ed a small area that will be used as a wine cellar. They also installed a very heavy "wine door". They were great at dealing with the changes as they came up. They were able to also match the marble floor, as new marble needed to be added where wall was. I would hire again as the owner(s) were responsive to my needs and changes as the job progressed. The workers did show up and complete the job within the time frame estimated. The wall that was demo'ed required an arch be formed, and they did a great job of matching the existing one. They also installed a heavy door.

This is full service company. GC has electricians, plumbers, carpenters and painters to build or remodel any project. I was very happy I choose them.

The owner Ivan Perez responded within two days providing two excellent tile workers who handled the job of removing and replacing porcelain tile as well as replacing grout where needed. When I visited the condo after they had completed the job, it was clean, no clutter or mess left. I am going to hire them for another task and recommend Ivan Perez & his company to my clients.

The installer was very professional, polite, prompt. It was a good overall experience.

Called to always let me know they were on their way. Cleaned daily. Supervisor and crew were friendly.

We hired One Stop Home Improvement to do tile for us, he ended helping us with plumbing and carpentry as well. His workers have been very polite and have done a very good job. Very fairly priced. I would recommend highly.
