DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Way overpriced, terrible job and my shower is still broken $2k later, what a joke. Their original "repair" left a large hole in the wall, and their follow up repair looks absolutely terrible and will not fly with my landlord and furthermore, the handle no longer works across both the shower head and the hand held shower, so my shower is still broken. They promised to fix their job and never did and they sent a different person than the one that quoted the job. Shady, overpriced and very poor quality.

Over charged for a simple hose/ regulator propane tank to grill replacement. They also tried to charge me credit card fees after the invoice was paid in full. The work was fairly simple and done adequately

The company wanted to install without a permit, I declined. They still charged me $4000 with no refund. The work they did do replacing a vanity was less than acceptable. Never had such a bad experience. I have still not received a refund, to say they are scammers is an understatement. Sad that the State of Florida allows such businesses to function.

SCAMMERS!!! Changed their name from Florida Green plumbing to One Stop Plumbing because of their sales tactics and bad reviews catching up to them!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I reached out to one stop plumbing due to a main line clog, in an emergency situation. My house was backed up and stuff coming up from the shower. Initially they sent out these 2 guys Nomar and Bryan. Extremely pushy saying my lines were going to implode and that I needed to do a Jetter service for $3200!!!! Insane !!!! I sent them home ! Called another plumbing company they got it snaked out for $550. Did my homework?s and sure enough these guys are scammers !! Go look at reviews for Florida Green Plumbing ! It?s the same people ! I would never trust them in my home !!! Be ware ! Update 02/06/26----Since I cannot reply to your response. I have proof and home ring cameras that show other wise. I have hired { remove company names} plumbing for previous work. Company denies their involvement with a failing company but you cannot deny the facts. Please be ware! This company scams their clients! Sends out sales men with scare tactics to get you to do over priced work by non professionals.

They did a good job.

Our house had ancient shower handles that finally broke and we needed them fixed the same day as water was flowing everywhere. They called quickly, came over to the house quickly and fixed the shower with such professionalism and at a fair price. They talked us through the entire process. If you need any plumbing done, I highly recommend you call them if you need a job done right.

They weren't timely, and it seemed like it was a short visit to pump the tank out. I don't believe they completed the job.
