OneStop Property Maintenance

This person came, and gave me a quote. He had me signed a document, got paid, but never rendered the services he got paid for. He damaged my fence and did not fix it either. I am currently seeking legal action.

I would not hesitate to hire One Step Property Maintenance for any job big or small. Everyone is polite and respectful and gets the job done efficiently.

Hurricane Isaias brought down a tree across our driveway, stranding us in. I got in contact with Paul through Home Advisor the next day and he was able to show up at my house quickly. He came with three other guys to help him and made short work of the tree. His price seemed fair, and he and his guys couldn't have been nicer. I will definitely be calling OneStop again.

Originally I had given a good review, but I have been waiting for over two months for the job to be finished. Jon says he will come and never shows up. This has happened 6-7 times. The contract stated that there will be full removal of the old materials and full cleanup. After 2 months I had to pay someone to haul the garbage away that included his workers leftover food. They still have some of the materials that I paid for, so I cannot even finish this myself. They have some good workers, but if the job isn't finished they should not be recommended.

Did not complete work as promised on estimate.

Paul responded quickly and was able to do the work in less than one week. The product is brushed on, not sprayed, cracks were filled and it looks excellent.

Paul did give me a competitive estimate which I accepted. He arrived on the due date and completed the work as promised in 1.5 hours. Only snafu was he could not get enough of the paving compound to fill all the cracks but has promised to stop by when he gets fresh delivery.
