Mike Terrell was on time and a did a wonderful job on my carpets. We communicated via text and phone. Easy to work with. I have dogs so I asked him to please vacuum the carpets thoroughly before steam cleaning. He accommodated me and did a beautiful job. He and his helper moved big but empty pieces of furniture to get to the dust and hair. Now, NO hair and NO doggy smell. NO dirt. I would definitely re-hire him and definitely recommend him.
