I finish each project with dedication and perfection! I have been in business for 18 years. Mike Terrell , the owner, was formerly the owner of Chem Dry of St. Tammany for 10 years. All jobs are completed by the owner. We take pride in the work that we do.

The work was sloppy, the worker got water all over my floor and we used six large towels to mop it up. my furniture was soaked, not steam cleaned. The cushions took three days to dry. Also the worker attacked the arms on my recliner and tore the upholstery in several places. And overall bad experience!

Had two chairs to clean. I was not very happy with his work . I do not believe he used any chem or soap to clean just his steamer. After chairs dyed looked like they were not cleaned and had a smell to them. cost me $125.00 to wet the chairs. Had me make check out to his name not company name. So don't know if the company list above is correct or not.

Didn't take the time to treat soiled places and only did a quick pass over the furniture. Parts that were soiled looked fine but I didn't need him for that, I had to clean soiled spots myself. $180.00 for one hour. Fast is NOT good results. Would not use again.

Mike arrived and knocked on my door at 6:45 Am. The time we agreed on was between 7 and 7:30. He asked me if I had old towels he could use. His equipment leaked everywhere. I think he should have come prepared. The furniture was soaked through when he left and took over 24 hours to dry. My couches dont look that different :( It was half the price of other cleaners but I guess you get what you pay for. Will not hire again.
