Needing to replace our old roof, I got 6 quotes from different companies. Sam was very quick to respond to my MANY questions and very friendly/informative. He did not pressure me as I was comparing quotes from many companies and going VERY SLOWLY trying to make the right choice. During the install, the company arrived early and worked all day. They finished more quickly than expected and all permits passed. They cleaned up EVERY day before leaving. They even worked with an attic insulation vendor to make sure that my attic was cleaned out & reinsulated in the short time that my roof was open, BEFORE the new plywood was installed. Their starting price was technically lower than any other company and even after I added a few upgrades, the price was STILL GREAT! Paying cash I was worried about 'surprise' costs during actual install, and even with some damaged wood replacement (that I already intuitively knew would need to be done), the price was still right around my original price! I am REALLY glad that I chose One Stop Roofing to replace our roof. Not sure if this is helpful, but the solar provider they work (OC Solar) with was ALSO helpful and that was also one of the reasons I chose to go with One Stop Roofing!

Very good customer service.

Sam and team (Eduardo and Maribel) were very professional. The quote I received was one of the most competitive. The roofers completed the whole roof replacement in 2 and a half days. There was one issue that Sam addressed right away. I would recommend One Stop Roofing to others.

Look no further, this is an Honest, Reliable, and Fair Priced company. Sam Nei came and explained the job to Me to do an Asphalt roof on my Sun Room. He gave me a fair price for the job. They couldnâ t fit me in their Schedule for 2 weeks and a Big rain storm was coming in 2 days. Sam came back the next day (Sunday) and Completely covered my leaky Sunroom roof with a plastic tarp. It held up through a windy, bad rain storm. No leaks! His crew came 2 weeks later and did the job in one day, just before another rain storm hit. Thanks Sam for a wonderful job by you and your crew. You were a delight to work with!!!

I chose One Stop Roofing because of their reviews on Angi, and I am glad I did. From the first visit from their rep, Sam, I knew I liked this company. Sam went through everything with me so I completely understood all of my choices and pick the perfect roof for my house, and I did. Then we had a problem with my Homeowners Association (sore subject) because the shingles I chose were not on their "approved" list. Sam worked with me to find shingles that were on the list that met my requirements. He completely explained all the costs, both the standard labor & material and any possible costs that may have come up once they took off the old roof (i.e. rotted/damaged wood, etc). Of course I acquired a couple other estimates from other roofing companies and One Stop Roofing provided the best value for what I wanted. Once the work started I continued to be impressed with One Stop Roofing. The crew showed up exactly when they were scheduled and removed and replaced my roof at an amazing rate. I am a very curious type person and anytime I would pop my head up over the roof and ask questions, the crew leader was happy to explain everything to me. They even did some extra work for me of replacing some facia boards and painting some trim that was to high on the peak for me to do my self when I painted the rest of the house trim. Their attention to detail was as if they were working on their own house, from cleaning and spray painting all the vent pipes on my roof, to being sure to cover my patio area and landscaping each day before starting work. When they left each day you would not have known they were here (unless you looked up at the roof under construction). All the grounds around my house were completely cleaned each day as they finished work. I just can't say enough about how happy I am with One Stop Roofing and I would highly recommend One Stop Roofing to anyone!!!

It was excellent, I was 1000 miles away and Sam stayed in contact. We had an issue with the city of Laguna Beach so there was a delay in the start but not because of Sam. The roof was more of a problem than i could have known, 4 layers of asphalt shingles and it hid some rot damage. Sam and his team did a great job and the roof, even the wrong color thanks to Laguna City, looks great. I just wish the city would use common sense and not feelings to limit your roof color, perhaps they don't understand climate change, dark vs light, etc. Unfortunately Sam and Ali had to revisit the city to get the approval to move ahead and lost time, Inspite of this they finished very close to the estimated time. Thank you One Stop Roofing.

From the first visit I was impressed with Sam who sat down and explained everything. Unlike some roofers who came out, measured the roof and said they would email a bid. The crew was very polite and professional. They did a great job on the clean up. The roof was finished on schedule. Sam also referred me to a great painter, Hector. Excellent service. Installers very polite, professional. The crew cleaned up the surrounding area everyday at the end of their work day. Everything was explained ahead of the process. Any addition cost was reviewed with the customer before implementing.

Sam and his crew were responsive, professional, cleaned up and worked around my schedules. They did an excellent job getting the permits in a timely fashion and communicating with me. I highly recommend them.

Iâ m so happy with the work Eduardo did on my roof! Sam sent him the day after I called to set up an appointment so it was super quick! They bought the materials needed immediately and by the next day, my missing and broken shingles were replaced with brand spanking new shingles. I will be calling these guys again for all my roofing needs! They are so quick and courteous and diligent and very safe! Everybody was wearing a mask and social distancing. Call this company without reservations!
