Paid in advance big mistake Marginal work. left a mess and did not complete the job beware update 7-19-2022-Came back to clean up....Marginal work...left more brush Girl pushed brush into corner as to not pick up LAZY Supposed to cut stump to ground. DID NOT COMPLETE.. Untrustworthy people

"I made 350 dollars to trim 4 large trees take down a 75-foot pine remove it all take down a large Hackberry tree for free remove all the brush and cleaned up all of your yards there was no mess at all I gave this money to gas and my crew I did not make a penny and still came back to please you your an adult your on here living the truth is you kept wanting me to do free work you said we left your yard a mess and that is a lie I came to your house to see this mess and there was not anything in your yard I picked up everything got cleaned up tell everybody how you had one of my guys cut down a whole tree that was not a part of the job."

They received their money but did not complete the job they agreed on. The customer service was terrible. I called them three times to discuss the problem and the calls went automatically to voice mail. All three times I left a message and call back number. All three times they chose to ignore my call and never called back. I will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.

John was a great guy to work with. He and his company came quickly, gave me a great price and went to work immediately. Very professional at every step! Honest reliable work ethic got the job done quickly. Cleaned up all the debris quickly and hauled it away. Without question I would hire them again! The company was unprofessional, and didn't finish the job. They were going to charge extra to use the credit card. I advise you to use a credit card so that then you can dispute the charge if the job is not finished.

"There is no need to make false statements I talked to you on the phone and you were telling me I did not do what I was supposed to then changed the story up several more times and you was being very disrespectful while I was being polite and just trying to figure out what it was that we didn't do for you I am not sure how 2 weeks later this is the outcome but I am willing to come out and figure it with you long as there is no hostility like on the phone speaking."

Tree Trimming
John came by the very next day took the time to explain what would be best for the tree with quote. I was concerned about the city who gave me a very short window to get the tree trimmed up so he actually worked on it immediately so the time frame could be met. Thanks so much John.

I wish I give them a hire rating than 5 stars. John Brewer and is employees did a totally fantastic job, they cleaned all of the yard raked leaves,, took out several branches from several trees. John is professional, respectful and gave us a great rate. We will for sure be using them again. I would recommend this compeny

John, Brett, and the rest of the crew did a great job. They removed several trees and bushes and dead wooded and trimmed/shaped others. Very professional, quick and cleaned everything up. I didn't realize cutting bushes and some trees were so costly. After a few miscommunications they completed the job. My yard looks great. They do prefer you to pay in cash. I believe they are knowledgeable about your plants , trees etc. Job well done.
