Paul Babchuk arrived on July 29, 2023 when the heat index was up to 100°. Heâ s a thorough professional and solved my problem within a half hour. Iâ m very grateful for his work ethic & knowledge. He replaced a faulty part & discovered the inside unit was working too hard because of a dirty filter. I wonâ t hesitate to call him if and when I need hvac service again. He also replaced our dumb thermostat with a Honeywell easy to see & use smart thermostat.

We have used One Way many times. Paul is very knowledgeable, honest, humble, and hardworking. He explains the issue and takes care of it right away. I have recommended him to neighbors and friends, and everyone was satisfied with his work. I highly recommend One Way Heating and cooling. It’s very hard to find someone honest and reliable nowadays so I was very pleased with all of the work that was done. Thank you again Paul!

Excellent small business run by someone who loves what they do and it shows in their work. Was able to come out first thing in the morning and fix a broken A/C unit. Explained his process throughout, and double checked the system's health while it was running before he left. All said and done, the fix took less than half an hour and I have cool air again. This is the guy you want to hire.
