I live in the middle of nowhere and have had huge trouble getting a plumber to come out. Greg showed up the next day and took care of a couple of things. The next day I discovered that the baseboards needing bleeding and he came back the next day and took care of it so I would not be without heat. Fantastic customer service.

I have had Gregg to our house multiple times and have always been happy. If you want good quality work done the first time and no returns, call Gregg. If you want cheap work, call someone else. Gregg does it one way, the best way, and I've never had to have him return to correct his work.

Gave an accurate quote and performed the service when promised (even though we had a hurricane between the quote and the repair). Took off shoes when he came in the house. Everything was cleaned when completed. Great job.

Fantastic work, will definitely call again next time. The estimate was given on the day we called and the appointment set up for a few days later. He arrived on time and did all that was asked of him quickly and very well. The price was exactly as estimated and he even took the time to polish around the new faucet to make it match up with the old sink. In addition he was the only plumber that actually removed his boots on entering the house without being asked and he didn't seem to mind the attention of two little boys that were fascinated by what he was doing.

Plumber only cleaned and adjusted tub stopper and charged $89.00. I think that is a bit tioo much in today's recession. He and partner also left mud all over my floors. I'd suppgest you ask pricing first and ask them to wipe theire feet. LAB

Helped us execute a partial warranty with the manufacture on the key boiler component, saving us a lot of money. Did what he said he would do in the time he said it would take. Replaced the controller the following day at no charge when the correct operation of that unit was questionable even though replacing this component was not part of the install plan or quote. Explained what he was doing and why when asked. Very professional in all aspects.

Gregg contacted me and we set up an appointment for what I needed. We have since called him numerous times for various projects or emergencies and he has always come right away (even Christmas Eve day!) and done exceptional work. Would highly recommend One Way Plumbing & Heating!

excellent service! Needed a new well pump but it was difficult to figure out what the problem was and had two other contactors tell me two different things. Had a prompt response from one-way and found Gregg to be very knowledgable and honest. Price quotes were spot-on, and he came back a few times for no charge to make sure everything was working properly. no problems since. highly recommend one-way and plan to use for future jobs. great service! :-)

I left a message and my call was returned within 30 min. After explaining the situation, I was added as the last call of the day, between 3:30 and 4 PM. Charges were explained upfront and were better then expected! Service Tech was professional, quick and efficent. Less then 30 min and I was good to go....would highly recommend!

Quick to call back. Excellent upon arrival. Waisted no time. Checked sewage grinder pump. Actually could not get it up and running. Needed a sewage drain service completed first. Didn't charge me until we knew what the problem was. Have added One Way to my cell phone contacts.
