Very professional.

Did an outstanding job fixing a roof leak that was made worse by another contractor I originally hired. They have definitely earned my future business.

They were prompt. They did not do all the work they said they would but they gave me money back to cover that. I do feel I was overcharged though overall.

Hired them to repair skylight leak in 2015 with 5 year labor warranty written on invoice. Now the skylight is leaking again. Refused to do warranty repair. Called them numerous times, left messages with their answering service, but got no responses so far. Had to file claim through home advisor. Will take them to small claim court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

An honest and dependable company

So far we are still waiting to close on our home this week. This company has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything that we have described to them without them even personally seeing it yet. We've sent the home inspection report as that's worked wonders with getting correct information to them so they can work with us about getting a quote. I look forward to getting everything started as soon as possible after the closing and can't wait to meet Chuck personally to get the ball rolling on our project!! Thank you Home Advisor for having such a great site to be able to contact such great professionals!! It makes everything I need to get done so much easier!!! Buying a new home, there are quite a few different things that needs to be done before we can full move in and your website has helped tremendously with all of it so far!! Looking forward to having One Way Roofing help out with one of our major projects besides the fence. After these things are taken care of we will be finding a good handy man.

We were caught off guard with a huge rain system that lasted days so they couldn't get on my roof when we had expected them to but after all was said and done, they quickly got back on schedule and repairs were done nicely. I have already hired them for a second job.

They did a great job repairing the valley and even when the extra mile fixing some lose tiles. Chuck took great care in setting the work order, their team arrived on time and the job was completed in a couple hours.
