I was told the job would cost $165. When he arrived he said it would cost more but didn?t say how much . When he was done he said the cost was about 75% more. About$290.00. He did not give me a written bill and did not provide one via email as promised.

Donavan did an excellent job for a reasonable price on two appliances and helped me in the house with some issues I was having with light bulbs and my vacuum . I’m hiring him again in the near future for my oven and dishwasher as well as lighting fixtures He’s got 5 stars out of 5 in my estimation. He’s also very personable saying he was going to pray for me since I’m having heart surgery. Also he showed me pictures of his two fur babies: Sadie and Tucker knowing I loved dogs very much and rescued many from death row to rehome. God bless him always

Donovan did a great job. He slept about four hours clearing all the ice from the freezer. That did the job the alarm has cleared and the icemaker is working fine. I would recommend Oneil Appliance.

Donovan did an outstanding job diagnosing our over the range microwave. He tested every possible component and determined that the magnetron is faulty. Unfortunately, the cost of a replacement part versus replacing the unit was not favorable. He was very prompt and precise in his process and I have complete confidence in his expertise. Donovan O’Neil, owner of O’Neil appliance Repair of Millsboro, DE responded immediately to my request (same day) with a text and call. He had the work anssessed, priced annd completed all on the same day. He was efficient, knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing, what he saw as the issue and gave me a price very competitive with those I had already received. He cleaned and vacuumed the work area and cleaned the crawl space where he installed new vent materials. He’s very professional and personable. I would definitely hire him in the future should I have problems with any appliances. He told me he services all brands.
