The light fixtures were installed correctly. Happy with that work but there was discrepancy in charges from what was told on the phone vs what was on their system. They never shared the quote before the work started. The main person wouldn't answer the messages to talk about that. Finally when we were able to get a hold of him, was rude and said it was all in the quote (which was never shared with us). One of the work done was to move the light location. The celing isn't fixed correctly. Their charge includes patching and texturing. The texturing isn't done correctly. I was told "that's how we do it". I wanted it done right and now how they do it. I will have to hire a different professional to get it fixed. Again, the main guy was rude about that. Said the Ceiling design I have is difficult. My opinion- if its difficult and you don't know how to fix it correctly, don't agree to fix it and definitely don't charge if it doesn't look right. I would not hire them again.

Oneline Solutions technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. We have had 2 different service calls and both were handled very well. The first was changing out 12 fire alarms (3 story home with cathedral ceiling on main floor) and remove and replace garbage disposal. It appeared there was wire damage that required a more experienced electrician. The second call was above and beyond! Brian traced and fixed wires to garbage disposer. He took it on step further by repairing the broken cement countertop which holds up the kitchen sink faucet. He installed our ring camera and helped set it up for us. We had a light switch hanging by the wires and difficult to reach inside the cabinet. He insured all wire were connected correctly and than (one step further) built a small wooden box for the wiring, cut a hole the hang the switch on the exterior side of the cabinet. Awesome work dedicated to get the job done right!

Scheduled same-day service. The technician, Danny, did a great job explaining his diagnosis and recommended repairs. He never pushed for unnecessary additional repairs. The cost for all repair work was reasonable and completed quickly. I would absolutely use Oneline again for electrical work.

Did an excellent job replacing old wiring and adding additional electrical outlets and replacing old ones per code. The guys were very professional and explained all that needed done and how they would go about it in the least destructive manner (old house). Would definitely recommend and I will be using again if needed.
