Great service

It is sometimes hard to find a company that does exactly what they promise. Onix Solution made me feel good about hiring them. They did an great job! If I need any more trees this down, they will be the company I hire.

Timely and excellent service. They gave me more than I asked for. Everyone should be like them.

Onix Solution was quick to respond, sent someone out the next day to give me an estimate. They scheduled and finished my project for the following Monday, so from my initial contact to the day my trees were pruned was 4 days! Marco and his crew were extremely knowledgeable about the trees and vegetation in my yard. Very impressed and will definitely use them in the future.

They were professional. However, I was not aware that it would be a two day job. It was inconvenient but manageable. I would hire them again.

The tree removers did a great job. They also removed trees in the property line and did not damage the neighbors lawn. They grinned tree stumps and hauled all away. The clean up was outstanding. Lawn looked better than when they arrived! The pricing was not the cheapest, but nowhere near the highest. Marco provided great customer service and was professional.

They were told in advance I would be using a credit card...that was acceptable...in the middle of the job Marco came over and said he needed 50 0/0 down as they would not complete the job as scheduled/planned...?I refused!? ...I paid when the 1 tree cut& clean up completed, then I was billed a different amount from the original bill...I was charged a '3? 0/0 percent service fee because I used my credit card... I have never had this happen using Home Advisor pros/experts....

We had 6 large trees removed from our yard, 5 of them on the same day, and the 6th one the next day. The crew was very professional, cleaned up each day, and hauled away the trees instead of grinding them on site. Two of the trees were nearly 30â in diameter, and these guys had no issues taking them down quickly. Marcos and Segit are just wonderful to work with and we recommend them to anyone wanting a professional job done quickly!

Very organized with their line up for tree removal service. The tree guy cut down the tree, shortly later the guy came to grind the root finally the big truck with machine to haul all the debri. Good system

We have used this company and Mr Marco Costa to remove two trees at two separate properties. The first was a case where he removed a diseased tree from my personal property. He performed the work on a Friday and then asked for payment on a Saturday when we were out of town. I explained that he would be paid upon my return on Monday. He proceeded to threaten me with placing a lien on my property on Monday - only 2 weekend days after he performed the service. I paid him promptly upon my return on Monday. There was no issue. Then we had a tree fall on a investment property roof and Mr Marco Costa removed it very promptly and without issue. The service was impeccable - he was very quick with his service. However, he promptly asked for payment and we explained to him that we had to wait for insurance to go through their process and that he would be paid - he got very upset with us and placed a lien on the property- only one week after service. We have since paid him - about 10 days after service - but he has not removed the lien. Be weary of this payment policies. To his credit he is from Brazil and not used to the insurance processes in the USA.

Very easy to work with

After getting 5 quotes for tree removal services Onix was the best value. What I liked about them the most was the conversation before I decided to take down the tree. The tree would eventually fall on my house if didn't take it down. Marcos took the time and explained the pros of cons of the process. The Onix team came early Saturday morning and took the tree down in now time. I would highly recommend them.

We were most pleased with Onix Solution, from the initial consultation with Marco, the reasonable quote, their ability to remove our tree as soon as possible, and performing the removal as seamlessly as discussed. The pine tree was removed efficiently and carefully, using a zip line to direct lopped-off branches away from existing plants and a beloved dogwood tree. When it was initially pointed out that the dogwood tree was being affected, the workers were extremely accommodating and readjusted their zip line. The job of taking down the tree, gathering the branches, and blowing the front yard clean was followed in short order by a truck with a claw that picked up all the branches and trunk pieces. It all happened far more quickly and efficiently than we expected. Highly recommend Onix Solution.

On time and thorough. Cleaned up after the work was complete, save for a little sawdust in the yard. They even stacked the logs from the cuts!
