Canâ t say enough goods things about Onofreo Home Comfort Systems. Itâ s all in the name , Home Comfort. This is the second time I had the pleasure of using their great service. From start to finish, from Kelly at the office , to all the service men and women, to the owner Mark himself, this team is amazing at what they all do. Customer service , simply amazing, and their work is impeccable. They installed a new heating system transfer from oil to natural gas. What ease they made it, again start to finish. When I needed them again to help move some pipes to help with a renovation they were there once again pleasant as ever like weâ ve been good friends for a long time. This is how you should do business, friendly , experience, accommodating, reasonable if not amazing price , and all around great work at the end of the day. Would 1,000 percent recommend to anyone with a home with heat or air. I am using them for air now as well , when you find a good thing stick with it , I did .

From start to finish it was a very positive experience. Shane explained everything and answered all my questions when he came out to give me an estimate on the project. Brandon and Brian showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned everything up when they were done. They showed me how to operate my new mini split AC system before they left. Shana was also very helpful when I called the office. The project turned out great. I would highly recommend Onofreo Home Comfort Systems.

I hired Onofrio to replace my gas furnace and install a new AC unit. A few months later when I had a minor gas leak in the pipes (unrelated to their install), they came out within a few hours to fix the leak. What REALLY impressed me was how they came to bat for me when the gas company initially said that it could be as long as next day to turn my gas back on after the repair. This was during the coldest days of the winter and I was very grateful that Onofrio stayed invested in me until everything was remedied.

I hired Onofreo to convert two old oil furnaces to gas. The job involved removing the two oil tanks and the old furnaces, installing two new gas furnaces and piping in the new gas lines. They showed up on time each day and performed the job with the Utmost professionalism, Not only were they able to answer any of my questions or concerns they kept a very clean worksite and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. It was a absolute pleasure doing business with Onofreo and I would absolutely recommend Onofreo for any of your heating and cooling needs. Thank you Onofreo for a job very well done.

The salesman came to our home & was very professional & knowledgeable. We got several quotes but decided to go with this company because of the knowledge of the salesman. The technicians came to install the air conditioning on time, wearing masks, and did a fantastic job. There were no problems whatsoever with the install. They also were very neat & cleaned up after they were done. I definitely would recommend this company!
