Travis did a job for us at no charge. Who does that? This young man is so professional, conscientious, and customer-minded that when a needed piece of equipment was unexpectedly locked inside a previous customerâ s residenceâ not his fault, but it delayed his arrival to clean my moldy, man-cave ceilingâ he called me with updates and apologies, and in the end, he did our job the next morning for free. Travis takes his pledges to his customers seriously, and because our scheduled appointment was delayed a day, he felt he had not fulfilled what he verbally agreed to do for us. For the inconvenience, he said, he was not going to bill us. That kind of thing is rare in business today. The quality of his work? Travis is fast. The black streaks all over the white ceiling were gone in a hurry. I looked up, and it was so clean that it looked freshly painted. Have no reservations about hiring Travis. He listens to you, he cares about your schedule, and he stays in touch. Travisâ s work gets 5 stars. And his customer service? Iâ d give him 6 stars, if I could.

Travis the owner provides exceptional service, aside from being a veteran he shows up when scheduled and was able to remove all the mold and water damage to my basement. Highly recommend and will to any of my friends or family in need of similar services!
