Nick has been helping my family for years. He is our go-to for any HVAC related issues. He has serviced my homes on many occasions and can usually fit us into his busy schedule. He has always provided us with honesty and trustworthiness, trying to keep the prices low without forsaking quality. We thoroughly trust him and have depended upon him frequently. My son?s Heat stopped working on a Thursday night around 6-7pm. We contacted Nick and he was at his house by 8:30 the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found multiple failures. Having vast experience, he was able to repair the system quickly. Before lunch, my son?s house was operating at its normal temperature. That is the definition of quality and proficiency. I called and got a quote from Nick, and I also got a quote from Home Depot, Nick was $3000 cheaper. I went with Nick, because it was really hot, and he was not going to get to me right away nick came out and installed some window units in my house to keep me cool until they were able to come out. I will definitely recomend Nick to anyone wanting his service.

Nick was recommended by my cousin.He came out the same day.My unit was 40 years old and air handler 25.Air Conditioner shot. He sent me an estimate very detailed and told me what brand unit and size he would install. Went into all the specifics and said would include all cleanup.Was very polite,knowledgeable and always told you what time he would be there. This was in 98 degree weather.He told me he would come on Tuesday,which would be July 4th a holiday. I asked would there be an additional charge since it was a holiday.He said no mam.He said with this heat so many are having air conditioning problems that he was working the holiday and rest of week to get to as many as possible. Nick arrived at my home within 30 minutes of me reaching out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our AC. He was professional, experienced, and trustworthy. We will be using Onslow Heating and Air Conditioning for all of our future needs!

We had been out of town for a few days, returned to find the downstairs area comfortable but upstairs was very hot and the heat pump was not working properly. It was late at night, so I sent a message asking them to call the next day if possible. They were at my house before 10am the following morning. Excellent service, explained everything so I was able to understand, and completed the repairs on the spot. Truly one of the first times I felt good about writing a check for the services. Very highly recommended.

Water in crawlspace. Replaced vapor barrier, sealed all vents, repaired duct work and installed a dehumidifier. A lot of work with pictures and explanations of work and cost options. I made the call and Nick and Justin did a great job. They showed me how everything works and the difference is remarkable. Probably saved us from a huge reconstruction in the future. Nick is a fine attentive worker with a fine young helper in Justin. I will call them for all my services and annual upkeep.

Nick came out an hour after I placed the call, was very courteous, professional and experienced, and super patient. He waited 30mins for my warranty company to run numbers and approve my claim. He will certainly be my first call if anything should go wrong in the future!

Nick was extremely professional and customer friendly. He was at my house on Emerald Isle within 24 hours of my call and was able to fix the issue at a reasonable price. Repair and parts also came with a warranty. Highly recommend.

He is very knowledgeable and professional, he explained the process of what the problem with my unit was in a way I understood. He was very informative to me as additional problems were identified and what the additional cost would be. AC unit was fully tested prior to his departure and is working great now.

Not only did Nick come out and solve the issue I was having with my HVAC but he explained everything he was going to do to fix it, why he was going to and then went over it again when he was done. He found other things we need to address while he was working on the system and showed me pictures while going over why he was concerned and why he thought each thing needed to be addressed. There was no "salesman" feel to anything he said, he is just genuinely knowledgable about what he does. He then went through all of this AGAIN when my husband was able to Skype me so he could be looped in on whats happening back here at home. We both really appreciated that! I will absolutely be hiring Nick for all of the repairs he pointed out to me.

Nick is informative on the subject, punctual, and remained in good communication with me over the course of a week while awaiting a part for my unit. During this time we he had replaced the part with a temporary part at no cost to us. I appreciate his business, and he will remain our "go to guy" for any future needs. Thank you!

He explained the ins and out of the repairs and even emailed me the invoice and receipt he also returned calls.
