In-State Moving Service
My wife was 8 months pregnant and I hired movers to keep things easy. Instead, the crew showed up 4 hours late with no acknowledgment. I rescheduled elevator bookings four times and she missed her window to rest and eat.
The quoted time was 3-4 hours. Loading our small one-bedroom alone took 4 hours due to an inexperienced mover. Unloading took over 2 hours despite a promise of one. Total: over 6 hours, with me actively helping. Our last move with the same items took under 4 hours.
Mid-move, the crew asked to stop for fast food after I had flagged the time crunch multiple times.
Several items were damaged. I was told tough luck, but they offered a $25 check. That was a month ago. Still no check. A 15% discount was eventually offered but took weeks to receive.
Came recommended by a friend. Genuinely wish I could say it delivered.

The movers were on time and worked efficiently. It was a 200 plus mile move, but they got everything loaded and on it's way in short order. They arrived at my new place about 15 minutes before we did! Unloading went without issue. Great people!

These guys move fast. We went from a 2-story house to an apartment on the 3rd floor. They dealt with stairs and elevator that doesn't drop near enough to our apartment. They were very careful with our belongings and our homes. Would use again!

If you are not move into or out of the Redmond area hire another company. I paid 1 1/2 hours of **Moving service** for them to drive the empty truck back to their office. Also, I labeled all my boxes as to which room they needed to go and they were just dropped in any room not necessarily where I designated.

They packed our items terribly! We had so many broken things when they moved them from home to home. Our china was literally stacked on top of each other with a graham cracker box taped around ten plates. Looked as if they literally threw our items into the storage facility. Do not hire this company if you value your belongings.
