I hired this company to install a sprinkler system On the second day I verified with him that you need a permit to install the system, he assured me you don't. After calling the city of Thornton they told me I did need one but the contractor kept telling me no I did not and would not get one so I had to go get one myself. After he started the project he never cleaned up after himself and I always had to do the clean up. Once the job was completed it looked horrible. He gave me a year warranty so I decided after the job was completed I would give it a year to see how things went. I called him in February to come turn on the system and he said he would come out and do so and never showed up or bothered to call me.

We were extremely pleased with the price, the quick installation, and the service we received from On the Green! The installers were friendly and professional. Their price was the best we could find and they completed the sod installation within a couple of days. We will definitely use them again. Thanks to the guys at On the Green!!!

We hired Chris to install a front yard sprinkler system and sod. They were quick even with a rain delay. I was very happy with their work until I mowed the grass for the first time. The middle sprinkler heads would not pop up above the grass and therefore would not spray the area they were supposed to. There was also such an over spray onto the rocks I was loosing a large amount of water down the street. I sent Chris an e-mail and he said he would be out the next week to fix the heads. That was over three months ago and I haven't heard from him. Within the last two weeks I have sent another e-mail and left a voice message, both with no response. During the initial install (May) I asked if they could return and install a drain valve so I could completely drain the system, as mine was an older system that did not have one. I told them I knew it would be an additional charge as it was not seen for the initial quote. I was told it would not be a problem to get it done before winter. Now it's October and I am scrambling to figure out how I am going to get the system winterized before it is damaged. It is disappointing because I really liked working with Chris and his crew.

Great price, great work, done quicker then quoted. Project turned out much better then expectations. Truly a 1st class operation.

I contacted this company because of all the positive reviews on Home Advisor. I had a medium sized landscaping job that consisted of hardscape work and fence installation. At first Chris was very enthusiastic and provided 2 separate bids, which I accepted. Once he got the 50% payment things started going sour. There were several unpleasant phone conversations, miscommunications over scope of effort and charges were added for work I did not authorize. I have paid for work that is still not complete and my yard has been left in an unfinished state for over a month now. In summary, my dealings with Chris and On The Green were stressful, erratic and unprofessional. I have saved the text conversations to back this up.

On the Green, LLC did a terrific landscape job in my front yard with river rock and gravel.

Good guys to work with. Got the job done quickly and on time. Only thing was they never came back and finished rolling the sod so now uneven and bumpy.

Chris and Julio do amazing work and they go way and beyond the expectations and they guarantee their work. My yard looks amazing and I would recommend them for sod and irrigation work!!!

They did a nice job with the sod install and made sure everything was cleaned up. They did a repair to the sprinkler system that was priced much higher than other quotes I had received, but in the end gave me a break on the price since I was never made aware of how much they were going to charge to do it. Stand up company and would use again.

I am thrilled with the new low-maintenance, low-water usage landscaping that Chris and his team installed for us. They did a fantastic job. We didn't really know what to do with our yard that had become more weeds than grass. Chris had a vision for the yard and brought it to fruition. He was even able to create a new flagstone patio for us, using the existing flagstones from our walkway. In short, he took the ugliest yard on the block and turned it into the most beautiful. Chris and his crew were pleasant to work with, showed up when promised, did the work in the amount of time estimated, and did not tack on any extra costs. Total integrity. Chris was great to work with. Project was delayed for 2 days due to weather, but he was communicating with us the entire time. We were unable to be home while the work was being done, but this was not a problem and everything went well. On The Green was also the cheapest quote I received. Would definitely do business with them again.

Chris responded quickly to request for quote. Acquiring (RTF) sod took a few days longer than proposed. Installation was fast but gaps between slabs were at times too big. Price was very good. They cleaned up and offered to take unused sod. Would hire again.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job removing, installing and prepping the soil for the laying of sod. They are very knowlegable and courtious!! The price was very affordable compared to several other companies I received estimates for. The other companies upon review I feel where over charging me for the size area, they where making excuses as to why they where needing to charge what they where quoting, for example I was told by a well known company that my yard measured 513 sq ft and that more sod would need to be ordered for it was cheaper for them, so in reality they where passing the fee to me. When Chris measured my yard the square footage was less so this to me proves they are over charging for square footage. Chris charged me ONLY for the amount of sod I needed for my yard and I liked what he said to me "who's to say you have a small yard" for me my yard is just right and I don't need to be paying for someone elses sod! I HIGHLY recommend On The Green LLC to anyone who needs their landscaping needs met!!
