Joe Phillips and his team are top notch. I recently bought a home with some exterior and interior water damage near the front door. I had done my research and already knew what the job would cost approximatley. Joe gave me a more than fair quote, and they stuck to it. The process of replacing the inner wood, insulation and recontruction of the wall required several visits, but the team worked with my schedule and got the whole job done in less than a week. They even repainted the wall before they left - something they did not have to do. I am very satisfied, and will be using Joe and his team again for all my future contracting needs!

Excellent work. Very pleased (and I am hard to please). Job consisted primarily interior painting and odd and end jobs. He was maticulous in performing each job. All was done in a short timespan from estimate to finish. He was trustworthy and personable. I would highly recommend Joe. All costs were very reasonable. He was very conscientious and did the little extra work to get the jobs done right.

He came out the same day I called. Decided that he would need another guy to do the work and they came back two days later (on a Sunday) and installed both a dishwasher and a huge refrigerator. When it turned out that the dishwasher had needed a non-standard installation feature, he came back and made the changes at no additional charge. Very nice to work with.

Quick and cheap!

Joe came in assessed the situation and assured me that my problem was not as serious as I thought it might be. He offered several alternatives to approaching and solving the problem and left me with his card so that I could contact him with my decision. He was a very pleasant person to talk to and I felt he knew what he was talking about. He explained things to me in a very simple way so that I could totally understand what he was suggesting. I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends that may need his assistance and insight into their remodeling and/or handyman issues. He is professional as well as cordial and I know he will do a good job for anyone.
