Jhonny was an absolute pleasure to work with. My house looks incredible! He renovated my 104 year old basement including new drywall, flooring (requiring leveling), electrical, plumbing, and building a new bathroom. He also rebuilt a tile shower removing old tile, an old tub, installing tile around a window and building a niche. His work is incredible with attention to detail and always the proper way to build (my father is knowledgeable and verified that he did all the work in the proper manner without cutting any corners). The cherry on top is that he is genuinely a lovely person, trustworthy, and always easy to communicate with and responds quickly.

They also remodeled the bathrooms at the same time. They were friendly knowledgeable and professional ! They were also pet friendly ð . I was very concerned that it wouldnâ t be possible to do such an extensive remodel with multiple pets in the house but with On the Spot Services, I was able to make it work. My dog loved them. ð ¶

We had a very positive experience. Jhonny Pineda is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We did a total remake of our master bath. Jhonny was great to work with. He listened to our needs and shared his expertise. It was a win win situation for us. Not only did we hit the jackpot with our contractor..... we made a friend! On the Spot Service sent out a handyman named Johnny. He handled the installation of a peep hole and braced my 2 bookcases with anti tilting devices. He even hung up a picture in the living room! A very helpful gentleman. Thanks, Johnny!

They came as scheduled, worked very hard for several hours until the yard was perfectly cut, trimmed, and removed of all debris left over from winter. They did an excellent job and I would definitely hire them again.
