Robert came over to give me an estimate within hours of my initial phone call. He was able to perform the work within a couple of days of his quote. I had already been in touch with other local companies in the area and none of them could get to me anytime soon, maybe in a month. Robert did a fantastic job, and I will be hiring him every year from here on out. He cleaned my porches so well they looked like they were brand new. Great attention to detail. Some power-washers show up, hurry through the job, leave in less than an hour, and then you find the mistakes once everything dries. Not with Oops. He pre-treated spots with heavy mildew, and as I requested, used lighter pressure on our composite deck. Also washed the deck bench, concrete pad and three sets of steps. He was pleasant to deal with, and must have spent two and a half hours on the job, due to his extra services. Will definitely use him again. My deck looks great!

Although their company name is Oops, there is nothing accidental about the top quality of their work. I will hire them again for future powerwashing.
