Tech arrived later than they said- on time to catch all bees in the nest- (so- Ok ); there was no show ( or call-),,the next morning though I waited to finish paying the rest of the bill...

DeLane was very thorough about explaining the process involved for termite control. He was very pleasant to work with and even made an extra trip out to the house to address our concerns about termites above the master bedroom bed. He treated that area right away so we wouldn't have concerns until he was able to come out for the scheduled appointment. I will recommend him to anyone needing his services.
